Our instructors are experienced, REPS registered personal trainers with GP referral certification. We pride ourselves on keeping our skills and knowledge up to date in line with the latest fitness industry developments.

At Fit 4 Life Lanarkshire, We will help you every step of the way. From nutrition advice to goal setting to body analysis and designing fitness programmes tailored to your fitness goals that work for you and are compatible with your lifestyle.

We understand the many barriers to fitness that people may have such as time restrictions, poor self-esteem, not knowing where to start, and budget. We will work with you to help you overcome these barriers and design a fitness programme to suit your lifestyle and budget that will be effective, challenging, innovative, fun and specific to you and your needs.

Your personal training doesn't end when you walk out the door at the end of your session. We offer ongoing support by text, phone or email and I will also design and review a programme for you to do outwith your PT sessions. This will include activites and exercises designed to help with your goals.

We offer flexible training options and packages to suit you at our recently refitted private studio. We are based in Calderbank, Airdrie, North Lanarkshire. Just off the M8 near Eurocentral.

This is ideal for anyone who wants privacy when training in a relaxed and friendly environment. Here you will have exclusive use of the facilities when attending personal training sessions. The studio is bright, modern, fresh and meticulously clean. You can also reap the benefits from our built in shower and changing facilities.

We have a wide range of fitness equipment for use during personal training sessions. We offer complimentary bottles of chilled water and fresh clean towels. Shampoo and shower gel are also provided.

In addition to personal training and small group training sessions, we provide a range of fitness testing, balance testing, motor skills and also body strength and endurance. With these test results we are then able to monitor your progress throughout your training in order to evaluate your progress and ensure that your time with us is being used effectively and efficiently. Body analysis is also offered to all clients.
