Indoor Circuit Training

Every Monday and Friday evening, indoor circuits are a great way to tone up and burn fat. These are suitable for all levels and abilities. Circuit training involves short intervals on each exercise followed by a few seconds rest, before moving onto the next exercise. We include a wide range of equipment, include strength, cardio and balance training. Session time is approx 45 minutes.

Class sizes are limited and are open to everyone.
